We Believe...

Coming Home Is a Luxury

Courtney Blacknall, founder of Zen Casa Homes

Zen Casa Homes began with Courtney Blacknall's observation that so many homes felt the same. Familiar layouts. Similar palettes. Little distinction from one home to the next. But as she began studying biophilic design and neuroaesthetics, exploring how our connection to nature and the spaces around us can influence how we feel, her curiosity became a deeper question: why wait until a home is built to consider the well-being of the people who will live there?

That question became the foundation of Zen Casa. As Co-Founder and Creative Director, Courtney brings these principles into the vision from the beginning, shaping homes around how people rest, move, connect, and experience everyday life.

Nature is woven into our homes, inside and out. Natural materials, organic textures, and colors and patterns drawn from the landscape reflect the world in which we evolved. Through sunlight, greenery, views, and thoughtful outdoor spaces, we invite that connection into daily life.

We believe you should be able to find the relief of a getaway in your own home. A place to exhale, retreat from the noise, and feel restored. In a state known for doing everything bigger, our definition of luxury begins with a home that serves you.

That means considering natural light, clean air and water, spaces for daily movement, and opportunities to unwind. It also means designing for connection: welcoming spaces that draw family and friends together, alongside quiet places to enjoy time on your own. Physical, mental, and social well-being all have a place here.

Our ambition is to create timeless homes that support living well through every stage of life. Homes you love being in, with people you love being around.

Because at Zen Casa, we believe Coming Home is a Luxury.
