From engineers and architects to the subcontractors who bring it all to life, we keep the entire team in-house, so your vision is executed exactly as intended, with nothing lost between the people designing your home and the people building it. Every material, sightline, and room is considered against the same standard: light, air, water, and the rhythms of daily life. Nothing here is templated, and nothing is added that doesn't serve how you'll actually use the space.
Fully Custom
A limited number of homes are built on speculation, on lots we've chosen ourselves, like Eagle Ridge and Knights Ridge. These homes are designed for the buyer who wants a turnkey residence, ready to move into, without sacrificing the same design standard as a fully custom build. Depending on where a home is in the process, we offer a range of additional services and light customizations, giving you the ability to personalize finishes and details so the home feels entirely your own from the day you move in.
